⭑ I am more than willing to try anything such as hyper, fat or muscular but please know that I am not specialised in these areas.✧: Most fetishes are welcome but if you are unsure if I will draw your specific subject please discuss it with me first.✫ Mythical beasts such as dragons or centaurs are an exception. However something like a unicorn which is pretty much just a horse is not ok.⚝ Small amounts of blood/injuries are fine but it is highly dependent on the context.I try to be as flexible and open as possible. So if you have an idea but are not sure, or it comes close to some of my exceptions, please feel free to reach out to me and ask for clarification. While I may not take your commission I do not judge 🙂
GENERAL TERMS
✦All art will include a watermark that you may not remove.✦I might record the drawing process and post it on patreon or other sites.✦Prices are subject to change based on demand and my own health.✦I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.
PAYMENT
✦Currency accepted is USD, EUR or GBP; however GBP is preferred. Commissions can be paid through Stripe, or Ko-fi but if those are unavailable in your country I will also accept Paypal. In rare cases I will also accept certain gift cards or other goods.✦ Commissions must be fully paid before work starts.✦ Payment plans are sometimes available for larger commissions above £100✦Unless you are paying through Ko-fi I will ALWAYS give you an invoice, you are not to send payment unless you are paying one of my invoices. Invoices will always be from either [email protected] OR [email protected] Due to scammers going around please be sure to check this!
PROCESS and DELIVERY
✦I keep a Trello list of all current commissions and their progress. If you wish to see where your commission is please check there. If you are wanting more information then please feel free to message me privately through my email: [email protected] or my discord: Zevizevi✦ Once I have started on your commission you lose the rights to a full refund. (see info on refunds)✦ While I'm working on your commission (unless it is a PWYW or sketch) I will ask for approval at the sketch stage and the flats stage to make sure I make it just right for you! Please do not be afraid to ask for changes.✦ The amount of approval stages may be more depending on the complexity of the piece. Sometimes the sketch will be coloured this is me making sure all colours are correct as I am partially colour blind. It is YOUR responsibility to check and make sure all colours are to your liking at this point.✦ During approval stages, you will see work-in-progress and these are not to be shared unless I give permission.✦ The time it takes to finish your commission varies depending on factors such as health, or the complexity of the commissioned piece. I have multiple health conditions and sometimes (rarely) have to take weeks off at a time. This is always a possibility but I will always inform everyone of my current health status on twitter and Trello. I do however do my best to complete all commissions in a timely manner. Should you require something to be done by a certain time (e.g. for a birthday) please tell me about this before I accept your commission, so I can be sure to get it to you before then.✦ Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image along with a web-friendly size. Please only share the web size (which is always called “post ver”) as the full resolution is purely for personal use.✦ Note that there is no physical product. Depending on where you live, we can arrange to print your artwork or make it into a badge. Just ask :)!
REVISIONS
✦ Revisions during the sketch stage are completely free. However, after the initial decision on the pose is confirmed, I will make up to 3 additional revisions before charging for the extra work. This is sadly to dissuade people who have abused this in order to get additional free art. Small changes at this stage however do not count and are still free.✦ A fee will be added if you want something changed after the lineart phase - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made in which case I will amend this for free.✦ If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make and is usually based on an hourly wage.✦ If you do not have a reference for your character and I must work from a text description that is an extra charge.
COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
As per copyright law I, Zeveth, claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
✦Promote myself with it everywhere✦Publish books with it (artbooks, prints etc.)✦Display it everywhere to my liking (website, social media, etc.)✦Post it wherever I want
The buyer is allowed to:
✦ Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.)✦ Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.✦ Use the artwork to promote themselves. You are not forced to give me credit when you post it but it is very appreciated.✦ Use the artwork on their Youtube channel and in monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings.✦ Use the artwork as icons and profile pictures, messenger stickers, ect.
The following is considered copyright infringement:
✦ Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way.✦ Claiming the artwork as your own✦Removing my watermark from the artwork✦ Altering the artwork without my consent✦ Adding additional watermarks to the artwork
I reserve the full rights to the image and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon (rights to the image for your own non-personal use may be purchased at any time).
REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY
✦The buyer is not allowed a full refund once I start working on the commission.✦ If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.✦ The refund amount is dependent on how much work and time has already gone into the commission.✦ If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.
If you are getting a refund, do not request a chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.✦ If you request a chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me again.✦ If you cancel your order or request a refund for something I deem to be the fault of the commissioner (e.g. overspending, poor money management, ect) I am unlikely to take another commission from you in the future. I do however know emergencies happen and am more than happy to give people refunds in emergency situations.
Please just think "Can I really afford this commission?" before paying me.
If the buyer breaks any of the points stated above they will lose all the beforementioned rights to the artwork commissioned by me, Zeveth (the artist), and I will have the right to profit further from the commissioned artwork in any way I see fit. If you have a problem with any of these statements, there may be room for flexibility, if discussed with me prior to paying for your commissioned piece.
What do you get?
✦ Drafts/mockups that you must decide which one I should continue with (depending on the complexity of the commission there might be fewer or more drafts)✦Sketch and/or final sketches that you must accept before I continue the work✦Full-resolution file of final drawing and a smaller version for internet upload. Final file formats are usually PNG.✦Lineart or PSD/CSP files if these are requested.
